 I think we all learned a lot about what makes a good leader and a better coworker.
The course has been really useful. All the content was properly explained and Ellen answered all the question carefully. I was gladly surprised by the lack of “Buzz words” in the content. But instead reasonable explanation of human being interactions and tips on how we can improve as leads. I think the 2 working days spent on the course are totally worth it, I’d recommend this course to anyone who has plan to be a lead in the near future.

Ellen seems to be very knowledgeable about the topic, but at the same time open to discuss everything (very scientific approach). The fact the training was online has not been a problem at all - on the contrary. I would love to have more trainings with her."
