Emotional and Mental Self-management

As your coach, I will guide you through the following steps:

  • Gradually resolving the dynamics of “emotional and mental vicious circles” and unlocking mental blocks
  • Acquiring physical and mental techniques that enable you to keep your emotions in check, and thereby improving your ability to make sound decisions and widening your scope of action
  • Gaining more confidence, certainty and ability to be convincing when interacting with others (colleagues, clients, partners…)

The latest scientific findings from the fields of brain research as well as clinical and health psychology are incorporated in my work. We can also use relaxation techniques and methods from cognitive emotion regulation, as well as techniques from the Far Eastern philosophies.
